Green Park Activity Centre

Ian Bridge Consultancy were recently asked to provide services relating to a large scale acquisition and were required to undertake an extensive Schedule of Condition surveys to multiple buildings and report to a deadline in one week.

Green Park is a 90-acre ex Rothschild estate, crammed full of exotic, very old and beautiful trees, rolling parkland and loads of areas to explore, including woodland, brooks and a canal.  All supported with outdoor activities such as climbing, archery, zip wire and much more.

After initial assessment of the site through drawings a site walk, our IBC surveyor employed a strategy to efficiently inspect and record the condition of each building. Using specialist software, the surveyor was able to produce a report for each building onsite, removing the need to type up ‘in-office’. After a simple review of each report, IBC were able to submit the Schedules of Conditions for the 16 buildings the same working week.
