East Range Refurbishment

Hertford College appointed us to project manage basement tanking works and a full electrical re-wire of areas of the East Range of the Quadrangle (known as the Old Buildings) on CatteStreet, Oxford, a Grade II* listed building.

The scheme included the installation of a basement tanking system to address a problem with moisture ingress into the wine cellar. The works also included a full electrical rewire of the areas including small power, lighting, fire alarms and data. All floor finishes were renewed and a full decoration programme completed to all the areas included in the works.
