Our client approached Ian Bridge Consultancy with a substantial extension plan of their neighboring building, requiring an inspection of their Party Walls.
As a residential area, this required consideration of surrounding houses and involved a service of different notices on the appropriate sections of Party Wall ect. Act 1996. We worked efficiently and effectively to provide our client with the necessary information to allow them to advance with their extension plans.
Following the service of notices under the Act, we carried out detailed Schedules of Conditions on the adjoining owners properties to enable us to finalise the Party Wall Award quickly for the client.
