Ian Bridge Consultancy Limited is a Chartered Surveying company registered with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and as such we are licensed to carry out their home Surveys. For The White Lodge we were appointed to carry out a Building Survey in advance of its purchase.

The RICS Building Survey is the most comprehensive report of its kind and should be used for larger or older properties, or when planning major works. The report provides an in-depth analysis of the property’s condition and includes advice on defects, repairs and maintenance options.

We were able to carry out a full structural survey of the property including, a description of visible defects and give advice on potential problems caused by hidden flaws. Our report gave an outline of repair options and the likely consequences of inactivity, advice for your legal advisers and details of any associated serious risks and dangerous conditions.
